Corona Virus Update

In light of School closings and recent events concerning the Corona Virus all scouting functions including Council, District and local Scout functions have been cancelled including troop meetings until further notice.

Please continue to work on rank advancements, as well as merit badges during this time period. If you have questions about a task please email me, as well as proof of accomplishment (picture or screen shot is fine) in the task so I can keep your records current.

Below is the information regarding camp cards.

Fellow Scouters, **ALONG WITH THE BOARD, STAFF AND KEY VOLUNTEERS, WE HAVE DECIDED TO POSTPONE THE END OF THE CAMP CARD SALE AND EXTEND IT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE SALE IS OVER, OR STOPPED! PLEASE BE AVISED THAT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR SCOUTS, VOLUNTEERS AND FAMILIES IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PRIORITY. HOWEVER,  IT IS UP TO YOUR UNIT'S LEADERSHIP TO DETERMINE IF YOUR SCOUTS WILL CONTINUE TO SALE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITORING THE SITUATION AND WE WILL HAVE WEEKLY DRAWINGS, CARD DISTRIBUTION AND CAMP CARD PAYMENTS AS NEEDED. IF YOUR UNIT NEEDS CARDS, PLEASE CALL THE COUNCIL OFFICE TO DETERMINE THE BEST METHOD FOR DELIVERY. ALSO, PLEASE MAKE PAYMENTS BY MAIL, OR BY PHONE.
