Had a great time freezing this weekend up at Camp Daniel Boone, we never got the actual temperature but we were guessing it was around 15* Saturday morning, the water that was spilt on the table making breakfast was frozen within minutes. The leaders that were there this weekend had there own challenge while the scouts were off doing there rotations. We had to bulid walking sticks from branches found at camp. Proud to say that yours truly won first place with this challenge. Our girls didn't place but they did an awesome job and got the bragging rights on our boys troop on getting there water to boil in the fire building competition. Glad to be home of course, but also glad for the experiences and friends made along the way. Special thanks to the girls Troops from Robbinsville and Franklin that we got to share our campsite, stories and campfire with.
