POSTPONED-University of Scouting - 3/14/2020

The University of Scouting is a fun-filled, hands-on training event and an opportunity to network with other Scouters. This one-day training event is designed for ALL Cub Scout and Scouts BSA Leaders and parents.

The University of Scouting courses are designed to help YOU improve your skills and increase your knowledge about Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Commissioner Service and related subjects. Learn how Scouting works through interactive training and true to life examples of how to make the program a positive life experience for today's youth.

Participants may register for courses in any of the course areas. Be sure to look at all the courses before you choose your classes. Our goal is for Scouters to increase their knowledge by experiencing the different areas of the Scouting program.

Registration can be submitted online on the Council. Registration should be received in the Daniel Boone Council office by, March 11, 2020. The University reserves the right to cancel courses or make appropriate changes in order to accommodate the largest number of Scouters. The University of Scouting reserves the right to cancel classes without a minimum of 3 students.

Onsite registration will be open; however, lunch will not be available for walk-ins and individual course registration is subject to availability and may not be available for walk-in selection.

Scouts BSA youth may choose from Den Chief training, the available merit badge offerings, or other University courses.
